NOTE *Data Recovery* Most of our services are pretty self explanatory but one in particular can be very important and happens a lot either by mistake, deliberate, inexperience or a hardware failure what ever the reason when you lose information on your harddrive its "horrible". I have seen it happen so often, windows crashes people put in the system recovery disk (as specified by the blinking light on your black screen) one click of the next button and the system is back to factory defaults and all your hard work, contacts, business files, family photos everything is gone. There are many reasons why data loss occurs, and its a lot easier to delete important information than to retrieve it. So if it happens to you....
Do not use the computer for anything.
Bring the computer to us immediately.
DO NOT INSTALL anything new (as you may overwrite the area of the harddrive where the old data is still lying; even though you cannot access it)
Do not try to recover the data yourself, with software from internet. (The harddrive must be removed and put into another computer which contains the recovery tools, or again overwriting and corruption may occur).
Do not try a system Restore. (This will not work! and the files you wish to recover will be an extra layer deep).
We have a very high success rate for retrieving Deleted or Lost Data. Even from formatted and reinstalled computers. The quicker we get the drive/computer and the less you have used it since the loss , the better the chances of retrieval.
Physical Damage Drives. The is the worst case scenario for data loss and if it happens to you there is only about a 10% chance of retrieval. But remember "If we don't fix it we don't charge". So if bring us the broken harddrive and we will try our best to recover it for you, and if we can not it wont cost you a penny anyway.
Of course if you back up your important files in a safe place regularly you won't need our data recovery service at all !!!
